Chris Kamara in Tenerife

All the best people visit Tenerife! Buying property in Tenerife especially from the Paul Ruane office means you will be mixing with the best. Chris Kamara is a well known presenter on Sky Sports and a retired English footballer. (In case you didn’t know.) Whilst in Tenerife he was caught at the Simply Red Concert 2010 Tenerife and happily posed for a photo with Rafa who is husband of our office manager at Los Gigantes Properties Nicky Wragg.

Caught by the international cameras it is now a big hit! It has been a fantastic week for the ‘Paul Ruane Team’ with all of us spending some time at the local Fiesta. Always so popular with tourists and residents alike. The Procession of the Virgen del Carmen followed by the fantastic fireworks display made it such a joy to be a part of and we consider ourselves very lucky to live here. Many of our clients who have bought property from us were there too and it gives us a great chance to socialise and catch up! It’s been a great week here at the office of Los Gigantes. Not only did Spain win the cup but our administrator Vanessa also won one! Coming second in the yearly swim from Playa de la Arena to Playa de Puerto Santiago and it’s only the first time she has entered!

Busy Day at the Office Los Gigantes

Los Gigantes Properties have had an extremely busy day .Not just in the office as usual but with more and more people contacting us through our website and also reading and commenting on our blog page. Our apologies but we have been so busy that the photos we have of one of our boats for sale (ideal to set sail and see up close the whales and dolphins you can find off our coast here) has not yet made its way to our site this edition.

Megashop is also a part of our services providing you with essentials such as kettles-toasters etc at really good low prices. Our products are cheap for our clients and extremely good quality so you need worry no more about those extra baggage charges! Whilst the beach in Los Gigantes is being re-secured we can also offer you a private one at San Francisco Sports and Beach Club with imported golden sand alongside reatuarant Azafran which as you will know has been recently acclaimed in the Sunday Mirror and Sunday Times Travel magazine. You can see around the restaurante on a site called mytenerifeinfo.com and if you look under the property section there you can even meet Paul Ruane in person! Paul is one of the only two sponsors of carnavallosgigantes and is a community spirited person as those of you who know him will already have found out! Megashop and the ‘Power’ of Lions!

When Los Gigantes Properties asked for some photos from clients we didn´t expect this one to turn up.! Paul Ruane (ex-president of Lions Club) with Ken Ward a few years previously. Paul is still heavily involved in charity and community work and is co-sponsor of our Carnaval here in Los Gigantes for 2011.

I´m sure you will know that we offer other services from the Paul Ruane team, one of which is ‘Megashop’ which is situated in Los Gigantes and offers a wide variety of goods. The competition currently running on Power fm with Val Richardson is to sing to ‘Paul on the Stall’. Our jingle and motto is ‘Buy more -pay less’ and San Juan market, where we have a small stall for those who can´t get to our shop, was a little livelier..and louder because of it!

Welcome to our Blog!! It´s been a long time coming for us at Los Gigantes Properties and Paul Ruane, but hey, good things come to those who wait!!

As a family Estate Agent in Los Gigantes we intend in future blog posts to feature our “family” here in the South of Tenerife, from the friendly voice on the phone to the greeting that awaits you in our office. Key features will keep you up to date with Tenerife Property Sales and featured properties and businesses that are a must for any discerning investor in Tenerife property and in particular Los Gigantes.

Well that´s our first Blog entry done and we very much look forward to many more entries and hope that you will join us with your comments and feedback, good or bad, we want them all!!
